Marvel Edge

Edge is a 40m high mixed used office building. The massing is a simple perimeter block typology bifurcated by 2 “galleries” – full height spines connecting the main roadside with the public park proposed on the opposite side. The cuts generate 4 separate floor plates . The façade implements a layered façade on the external envelope including a curtain wall , terraces and shading systems.
