Universal Majestic
The building has a very attractive façade of glass and vitrified tiles giving it a very polished, glossy look. The double height terraces on each floor help break the monotony and add more open space to this busy work center. The terraces are designed such that it can adjoin the director’s cabin from inside, giving it a kingly feel or even serve as a recreational area for the employees during their short breaks. A gymnasium and a cafeteria indoors enhance its overall majestic appeal. The five level of parking floors can accommodate around 700 cars and its light hued lively exterior has several sleek, vertical, rectangular fenestrations adding to the building’s profile of being intense and buzzing with activity.
